It features self-contained capillary tubes that use 134A refrigerant and a sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor with large fan blades that operate at high speeds to minimize temperature recovery times. To maximize storage space the evaporator coil is positioned outside of the food zone, while the coil is epoxy coated to protect it from moisture.

For longevity and corrosion resistance, this refrigerator’s sides, interior walls, and back are constructed of aluminum, while the door, floor, and ceiling are made of sturdy stainless steel. It measures 35 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 84³⁄₄ inches high overall. So staff can deposit and remove heavy crates with ease, the entrance of the refrigerator features a heavy-duty stainless steel ramp that accepts 27-inch-long by 29-inch-deep by 66-inch high roll-in racks.
