The True STG2RRT-2S-2S Spec Series® two-section roll-thru refrigerator has stainless steel doors and ramps on the front and back, so racks can be rolled in one side and out the other. The cabinet accommodates two 27-inch-wide-by-29-inch-deep-by-66-inch-tall racks, and interior bumpers protect the cabinet from damage. If a door is accidentally left ajar, it self-closes to retain cold air. Past 120 degrees, the doors stay open so users can efficiently move racks in and out.

Temperatures in the True STG2RRT-2S-2S two-section roll-thru refrigerator can range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. These levels are maintained by R134A refrigerant and can be monitored on the external temperature display. Operators can set the display to show the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The top-mounted refrigeration system is separated from debris on the floor, so particles will not get drawn into the components.
