This True STG3R-6HS-HC Spec Series® three-section refrigerator has six half-doors made of stainless steel, resisting corrosion and dents. Each door has bolt style locks to protect contents and stays open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading product. When opened before 120 degrees, the doors close on their own. Magnetic gaskets can be removed without tools and snap into the door frames to create an airtight seal, while product is visible with interior LED lighting.

This True STG3R-6HS-HC three-section refrigerator is made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion, scratches, and dents. Its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure and cold air retention, while nine PVC-coated shelves support products inside. To keep temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has a self-contained capillary tube system that controls the flow of R290 refrigerant. Its refrigeration system is mounted on top to stay away from floor debris and the food zone.
