The True STR3R-6HS-HC Spec Series® reach-in three-section refrigerator maintains a set cabinet temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can monitor the electronically controlled temperature on the digital display. To maximize interior space, the refrigeration system is mounted on top of the unit, and because its evaporator and condenser fan motors are electronically commutated, they move a consistent volume of air without producing a lot of heat.

For mobility, this True STR3R-6HS-HC reach-in refrigerator has castors that enable users to move the unit so the floor underneath can be swept. This unit has three sections, each of which can be accessed through solid stainless steel half-size doors that let out less air than full-size doors. To minimize how much cold air escapes, the doors are self-closing, and they stay open at 120 degrees to facilitate loading and unloading. Gaskets around the door frame seal the doors shut tight, while polyurethane insulation in the cabinet acts as a barrier against heat. When cleaning, the gaskets snap out of position with magnets.
