For security after hours, the True TS-23G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator has locks on its door. The door is made of glass to provide an interior view, and it self-closes to retain cold air if an employee forgets. With magnetic gaskets, the door seals tightly so temperatures don’t drop. It cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that is self-contained to facilitate installation.

To help maintain a clean coil, when the compressor starts up, its fan motor blows in a reverse direction to eliminate buildup of dirt and dust. With a clean surface, the coil can operate for longer periods, enabling the unit to have a longer lifespan. This mechanism should not replace general preventative maintenance practices.

To hold product, the True TS-23G-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator includes three PVC-coated, adjustable shelves that are made of wire to promote airflow and ensure uniform cooling. The unit is insulated with polyurethane to reduce energy use, and for durability, the front, sides, and interior of this refrigerator are made of stainless steel. So it is mobile in the kitchen, it’s mounted on 4-inch castors.
