The Bakers Pride P18S countertop deck oven can bake pizza, pretzels, and other baked goods. Product can be placed on baking sheets, screens, or onto its two Cordierite stone baking decks that help create crispy crusts. However, this particular model is not ideal for fresh-dough pizzas, since it has a low 120-volt power. Upper and lower heating elements can be turned on or off separately to bake different kinds of foods, and the baking chamber is welded, aluminized steel that can withstand high heat and extreme temperature changes.

Dials on the front control the oven, and the Bakers Pride P18S HearthBake deck oven has a thermostat ranging from 284 to 680 degrees Fahrenheit. Since a little heat escapes the oven while it runs, it can cook foods at a temperature of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The dial timer can count down from 15 minutes, enabling staff members to work on other food while waiting on the oven, and when the timer gets to zero, it buzzes continuously to notify staff. For strength, the oven’s exterior is completely made of stainless steel, while adjustable legs are included for level installation.
