Bakers Pride P22S Description
Built to provide long-lasting durability, the exterior of the Bakers Pride P22S HearthBake pizza oven is made of dent- and rust-resistant stainless steel. Each of its two cordierite hearth decks are removable to facilitate cleaning, and its 4-inch legs are adjustable to stabilize on uneven surfaces. Suitable for use in compact spaces, it’s designed for countertop placement and can be stacked with other ovens. Overall, it measures 26 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 17 inches high.
Ideal for perfecting pizza crusts and soft pretzels, the Bakers Pride P22S countertop deck oven features a brick-lined aluminized steel baking chamber. Long-lasting incoloy heating elements withstand frequent exposure to high temperatures, enabling it to bake at temperatures from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This fully insulated unit minimizes heat loss and keeps the exterior cool to the touch.
