Bakers Pride Y-602BL Pizza Deck Oven, Liquid Propane

Perfect for high-volume operations, the Bakers Pride Y-602BL Super Deck pizza deck oven has two decks with two baking chambers. It has an operating temperature range that can be set between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers provide even heat. The slide-out flame diverters on top of the burners are removable for cleaning, and the gas controls are equipped with a regulator, valve, and pilot safety controls.

The Bakers Pride Y-602BL double pizza deck oven has a durable stainless steel exterior, while its aluminum interior has 2-inch-thick FibraMent™ stone that is brick lined. Because the insulated doors are spring balanced, they will close if left open to prevent heat from escaping. The entire unit is fully insulated to retain heat, and its steel legs have a Bakertone finish for durability.
