To retain warm air and minimize energy loss, the Bakers Pride Y-602-DSP deck oven is fully insulated. It has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate changing requirements and features combination gas controls with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety. Powered by natural gas, this unit has a total output of 240,000 BTUs. For lasting strength in high-capacity kitchens, it’s built with a welded angle-iron frame.
