Black Diamond BDPM-20 Description
Measuring 19 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 28 inches high, the Black Diamond BDPM-20 planetary mixer is mounted on rubber feet for stability. This unit includes a 20-quart capacity stainless steel bowl, and for additional functionality, this unit includes a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whisk. This mixer features a No. 12 hub that accommodates meat grinding attachments. To ensure consistent results, the mixer’s belt drive runs on three fixed speeds, and the mix cycles are controlled by a timer that can be set between 0 and 60 minutes. The dial controller adjusts the mixing speed, which is located on the side of the unit alongside the on/off switch.
