Why Use Continental Refrigerator?

Prior to factory shipping, all models are performance-run tested for a minimum of 12 hours, providing a highly sophisticated temperature analysis recording, exclusive to each individual cabinet.
Air Flow
Air is drawn into the evaporator so condensation is not sprayed onto the food inside the cabinet. The conditioned air circulates radially from the evaporator compartment to provide more uniform air flow distribution.
Modular Refrigeration
Reach-In Refrigerators and Freezers utilize a modular refrigeration system where the assembly is dropped into the food storage zone and uses an electric condensate evaporator which runs down the back of the unit. The modular system can be removed for servicing, cleaning or converting from a refrigerator to freezer in the field.
