To assist with lifting and lowering the filled bowl, this mixer is built with a lever-action bowl assist. Its slip-resistant belt is durable enough for mixing thick dough, while the stainless steel bowl resists corrosion from exposure to salt and moisture.

The Doyon BTF060 planetary floor model mixer has 20 speed settings the user can adjust without halting the motor. For simple operation, users can program seven speed and time settings for regularly prepared recipes. The unit’s durable cast iron frame supports the mixer’s weight and is enamel plated to seal out moisture, preventing rust and pitting. For cleaning and maintenance, the mixer can be repositioned using its built-in casters.
