Controlled manually or automatically with two fixed speeds, the Globe GSM130 spiral mixer automatically shifts from first to second speed with dual electronic, 20-minute timers. For maximum power, this unit has two high-torque motors for the bowl and the dough hook. The reversible bowl drive enables this machine to mix smaller batches when necessary. Dough is simple to remove from this unit using the bowl jog control, promoting quick turnaround.

The Globe GSM130 spiral dough mixer’s bowl guard, ball bearing bowl drive, and bowl are made of stainless steel for durability and swift cleaning. The bowl guard enables operators to observe and add ingredients. Spiral mixing technology keeps heat and air in the dough to a minimum. This unit is made of metal with a cast aluminum top cover and can be repositioned using the front and rear casters.
