Because the Globe SP30P planetary mixer has a 30-quart capacity and a heavy-duty transmission with a 1¹⁄₂-horsepower motor, it is well-suited to mix up heavy doughs in bakeries and pizzerias. It mixes at low, medium, and high speeds, and it comes with a flat beater, wire whip, and a dough hook to suit the needs of those operations.

The body of the Globe SP30P planetary mixer is made of durable cast iron, and it’s mounted on rubber feet that won’t scratch floors. Constructed of stainless steel, its bowl is durable for high-volume use. To streamline operation, a control panel on the mixer’s front has touchpad controls. Users can set timers as long as 60 minutes, and the mixer will remember the last batch’s settings.
