The Globe SP60 planetary mixer operates with a 3-horsepower motor and three fixed speeds for various ingredients and applications. This gear-driven unit is controlled by a front-mounted touch pad that can recall the last batch made for continuous operation, one hour at a time. The transmission is lubricated permanently for efficient operation. With thermal overload protection, this unit will not overheat.

Holding 60 quarts, the Globe SP60 planetary mixer has a stainless steel bowl, a wire whip, and a heavy-duty, cast iron exterior. The bowl guard is removable for cleaning and includes a fully welded ingredient chute for adding products while the mixer is in use. The bowl lift is interlocked safely for sturdy operation. With nonslip rubber feet, this mixer remains in place solidly during use.
