Its 60-quart-capacity bowl is made of stainless steel for durability and prompt cleaning. The bowl guard includes a built-in chute to add ingredients safely while the unit is operating. With an aluminum spiral dough hook, removing excess dough is simple and supports quick turnaround. The outer body is made of strong cast iron for a long lifespan.

The Globe SP62P planetary mixer can handle 50 pounds of flour in its 60-quart bowl using a gear-driven transmission. This high-torque transmission is permanently lubricated in an oil bath for continuous operation. The front-mounted touch pad enables operator control with two speeds, a 60-minute timer, and last-batch recall. This mixer sits on nonslip, rubber feet for stable operation.
