The self-contained refrigeration system is air cooled and breathes through the front, and the power can be turned off and on through a switch that is accessible without removing the panel.

The storage bin on the Hoshizaki C-80BAJ undercounter ice maker holds as much as 22 pounds of ice for later use. To support cleanup, the water circuit can be disassembled and scrubbed inside. This unit uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant to create cold temperatures and turn water into ice. Designed to slide underneath a countertop, this ice maker is 34 inches tall. Its sides require zero clearance, so the unit can be installed flush against walls or in counters.
