The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HW ice machine head has PURE ICE® antimicrobial that reduces the spread of germs and slows the growth of bacteria. Components in the food zone snap out for dishwasher cleaning, and the food zone is made of plastic to facilitate cleaning. By pushing a button, users can make the unit perform sanitizing and descaling measures. Using a self-contained, water-cooled condenser, the ice machine head makes anywhere from 798 to 896 pounds of ice daily.
Making half-size cubes of ice, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HW ice maker head is a great choice for establishments that serve frozen cocktails and soft drinks. An LED screen displays system updates so employees can ensure the unit is operating correctly. This unit doesn’t include a bin or a dispenser, so users should be prepared to buy one separately.
