Measuring 221/4 inches in width by 241/4 inches in depth by 269/10 inches in height, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1126HR half-cube ice machine head saves space in commercial kitchens. This piece of equipment produces as much as 968 pounds of ice per 24 hours, and its environmentally friendly construction consists of BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. To ensure quick cleaning, the plastic food zone eliminates nooks and crannies.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1126HR modular cube ice maker has built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection to inhibit the spread of bacteria, and its smart LED light alerts operators to the machine’s status when cleaning is required. This piece of equipment is designed with one-touch controls that facilitate descaling and sanitization. For streamlined cleaning, its BPA-free components can be cleaned in dishmachines.
