The True STG1DT-2HS-HC single-section refrigerator freezer has six wire shelves with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating, while LED lighting enhances visibility so operators can find the ingredients they need. Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, the unit is strong and resistant to corrosion. Its doors are hinged on the right with durable handles on the left, and they can self-close or stay open past 120 degrees for loading or unloading.

This True STG1DT-2HS-HC one-section refrigerator freezer has one independently operating, self-contained refrigeration system for each section. These systems are top mounted to prevent debris on the floor from getting sucked in, and the refrigerator operates between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Each section has an external digital temperature display, and since the freezer’s evaporator gets extremely cold, its defrost system removes frost that forms from condensation buildup. Defrost cycles begin on a timer and end when the temperature on the evaporator is low enough for optimal operation.

To ensure products remain cold, the reverse condensing fan motor automatically removes dirt and debris from the condensing coil. If employees perform maintenance regularly, this feature will increase the efficency and lifespan of the condensing coil and overall unit.
