Built for floor placement, the Univex SL120 dough mixer measures 31 inches wide by 54 inches deep by 57 inches high. It features a 180-quart bowl and a 265-pound dough capacity, making it ideal for low- and medium-volume bakeries or pizza shops. Its safety switches protect operators from injury when the bowl lid is open, while built-in casters facilitate mobility when needed. To stabilize the unit on irregular surfaces, it’s equipped with leveling feet.
