Adaptable to a variety of applications and strong enough for restaurant use, the Univex SRM12+-GRN planetary mixer brings efficiency and high power to settings in need of durable equipment. Its stainless steel bowl can hold 12 quarts of rich brownie batter or whipped butter, making it a great piece for bakeries and restaurants alike. Once fixed upon a countertop to save space, this mixer rotates in a planetary motion to achieve satisfactory results and conform to most needs. To accomplish tasks with the upmost safety, this piece of equipment comes with a stainless steel SwingRing safety guard, batter beater, wire whip, and dough hook—all of which are dishwasher safe to facilitate cleaning. This mixer is finished with an epoxy-polyester powder coat so users can wipe it clean with ease.

This Univex SRM12+-GRN mixer is designed for seamless production with a ¹/₃-horsepower motor that promotes strong, even mixing any time it’s needed. Additionally, the transmission operates through a gear-driven system that doesn’t need to be turned off to change, offering four fixed speeds with others available in between. Because of its emphasis on safety, a crank adorns one side of the mixer to raise and lower the stainless steel bowl. It automatically locks in either position to protect those using it, while interlock switches shut off power in times of accidental disruption.
