Univex SRM40+-GRN Description
The Univex SRM40+-GRN planetary mixer has a 1-horsepower motor that grants enough power to produce constant, strong rotations—optimal for mixing, mashing, or whipping. While this piece of machinery can deliver high amounts of energy at once, its gear-operated transmission gives way to four various speeds that can be changed without powering off. While these speeds are marked by notches, it is important to note that the spaces in between the notches house additional paces for optimal user control. Additionally, the attachments that come with this mixer suit most needs by moving in a planetary motion around the fixed mixing bowl, promoting safety and high efficiency at the same time.
With a 40-quart capacity, the Univex SRM40+-GRN mixer is best suited for shredding large amounts of chicken or creating homemade vanilla ice cream for high-volume restaurants and bakeries alike. To further protect users during the mixing process, this mixer comes with a detachable SwingRing safety guard and features interlock switches to shut off power if improperly set up or someone bumps into the unit. A hand crank adorns one side of this mixer, lifting and lowering the stainless steel mixing bowl and locking once in place. A 15-minute timer comes with this machine, and because of the dishwasher-safe attachments and epoxy-polyester powder coating along the exterior, the unit is easy to clean and sanitize.
