Univex SRM60+-WHT Description

The SRM60+ planetary mixer measures 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 42³/₄ inches deep by 56 inches high and elevates most kitchen floor areas with a classic white finish. For accommodating ingredient assortments such as eggs, flour, sugar, and more, it ships with a 60-quart capacity bowl. Because this bowl is made of stainless steel, it’s both durable and corrosion resistant; it includes a beater, whip, dough hook, and bowl scraper, which are also made of stainless steel. This bowl is simple to adjust using the side-placed power bowl lift lever.

Completely gear driven for operation, the SRM60+ planetary mixer has a variable speed range from one to four. Regardless of the set pace, users can implement the 15-minute timer for time-savvy control and operation. As the gears are constructed of alloy—a durable metal—they can be thoroughly used at low and high intensities. For precautionary reasons, this unit’s interlock switches stall the blender from running if the safety guard is open or if the bowl is lowered during operation.
