The Dukers DCHPB36 gas hotplate is powered by natural gas and includes a conversion kit for LP configurations, making it adaptable to various kitchen setups. Its stainless steel construction withstands repeated exposure to heat and moisture. Each of the six burners delivers 32,000 BTU and is paired with a standby pilot to ensure consistent, on-demand flame access during service.
