The interior of the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-S-S dual-zone display case can hold four 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, and six 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its spacious two-section interior stores six adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves that support 150 pounds each; one interior section is refrigerated while the other is dry. The unit measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high. While its exterior is constructed of aluminum with solid wood sides, the interior is made of cold-rolled steel. LED lighting brightens the inside of the cabinet, and customers can view inventory through the curved front glass. For product retrieval, operators can reach into the unit using its two sliding glass doors located at the rear.

The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-S-S full-service dual-zone bakery case features a removable condenser unit, easing the process of maintenance or cleaning. In conjunction with its series of capillary tubes, it distributes cold air generated by its R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an eco-friendly coolant. To remove dust, debris, and other particulates clogging up the machine, its condenser fans can be reversed to expel all unwanted matter. With two total temperature options, this unit can maintain 33- to 41-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures for cold deli products and 42- to 65-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures for chocolate or wine.
