Despite its spacious interior, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-W-W dual case bakery case can maintain an ideal temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; it features optional temperature ranges from 42 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit for storing chocolate or wine. Just one section of this unit is refrigerated, while the other section can be used for dry storage. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to create a chilled environment so products remain at safe-serving conditions. A series of capillary tubes transmit cold air throughout, and a layer of high-density polyurethane insulation locks the unit at an ideal temperature while upkeep costs. Its condenser is fully removable for simple cleaning, and for a hands-off maintenance process, its fan motors can be reversed to expunge dust and debris.

Measuring 59¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-W-W features four levels with three shelving tiers that can hold six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans as well as eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its body utilizes aluminum for its front, while its sides are made of solid wood. To create an elegant look, both its interior and exterior are wrapped in a white powder coating. Its front has a curved glass pane to allow customers to gaze inside, and its LED lighting system shows off the intricate designs of held cakes and pies. To make retrieval of products simple for employees, it has two rear-sliding glass doors fitted with 12-inch aluminum handles.
