True   48 1/4″ Full Service Dual Zone Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass – (4) Levels, 115v

The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-W-W display case features a dual-zone configuration that can hold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; one section of the unit is refrigerated and one is dry. Its R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is circulated throughout the unit using a capillary tube system. Its condenser is removable for simple cleaning and maintenance, and its motors can be reversed to expunge dust, crumbs, and debris from its internal mechanics. To assist in locking down cold temperatures, it uses a layer of high-density, foamed-in polyurethane insulation

Because it has four levels with three elevated tiers, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-W-W bakery case ships with six adjustable shelves that are PVC coated for corrosion resistance. Once assembled, the interior can hold four 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. It’s primarily made of aluminum, while its sides are made of solid wood for added support. Its front has a pane of curved glass, and its back is fitted with glass rear-sliding doors. Both the exterior and interior are an elegant white. To keep products clearly visible, it has an LED lighting system. Once installed, it measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high.
