With a steel interior wrapped in a white powder coating, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-S-W full-service bakery case is meant for highlighting a variety of baked goods for sale like donuts, crullers, and scones, as one section of the unit is refrigerated and one is dry. The front features a fixed curved viewing glass, while the rear fits two sliding doors with 12-inch aluminum handles. The interior of the cabinet remains well illuminated by LED lighting. It features four levels with three elevated tiers composed of six PVC-coated wire shelves that can hold four 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans (not included).

The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-S-W measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high; it features a self-contained capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the refrigerated section chilled. This unit has a standard temperature range between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with an optional 42- to 65-degree temperature range for wine or chocolate. Its condenser can be removed for cleaning, while its fan motors can be reversed during defrost to remove dust and other particulates.
