Composed of two sections, one dry and one refrigerated, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-S-W full-service dual-zone bakery case measures 59¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high. Its interior space can hold six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves—ideal for accommodating six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans to display products. A curved glass front keeps cakes and pastries safe from debris, while its two glass sliding doors, which are accessible only from its rear, make product retrieval quick and easy. Featuring a powder-coated stainless color, its exterior utilizes an aluminum construction with solid wood sides, and its steel interior is wrapped in a white powder coating for an elegant look. To keep products illuminated and highlight their rich colors, it features an LED lighting system.

The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-S-W keeps its interior at an ideal temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using its R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system as well as its layer of high-density, foamed-in polyurethane insulation. Cold air is circulated through its self-contained capillary tube system, while its condenser is in an easy-to-remove location. To keep unwanted particulates like dust and crumbs from accumulating along its internal components, its condenser fans can be reversed to expel them from the system.
