True  77 1/4″ Full Service Dual Zone Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass – (4) Levels, 115v

Fueled with a R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-S full-service dual-zone bakery case is designed to keep cakes, pies, and pastries in prime condition by holding at a desired temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. One section of this unit is refrigerated while the other is meant for dry storage. To reduce the workload on its internal mechanics, it has a layer of high-density, polyurethane insulation that’s foamed in place. It features an isolated capillary tubing system, while its condenser can be removed from the unit quickly for simple cleaning. To automate the process, it has a reverse fan mode to expel dust and crumbs.

Measuring 77¹/₄ inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49¹/₈ inches high, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-77-SC/SC-S-S full-service display case utilizes a three-tiered design to maximize internal storage space. This design is enabled by the six chrome-plated wire shelves that come with the unit, allowing it to hold eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its rear fits two sliding glass doors with 12-inch handles, while its front body features a curved viewing glass so patrons can see inside the cabinet; Its LED lighting system illuminates held cakes and pies. This unit’s stainless silver body has an exterior made of aluminum and wood, while the stainless-colored interior is constructed of rolled steel.
