When the compressor starts up, the fan motor blows in a reverse direction to remove debris buildup from the condensing coil. With a consistently clean surface, the coil can work more efficiently without using as much energy, and the unit can operate for longer periods. However, this feature should not replace general maintenance for the coil.

The True TS-72G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator has three shelves to hold product, and they are made of wire to enable uniform cooling. The three doors have locks to protect items from theft or tampering, and if an employee forgets to shut one, it will self-close. Because the doors are made of glass, users can see product inside the cabinet without opening the door. For product location, the interior has bright LED lights.
